Just went to @BankofScotland branch at comely bank , Edinburgh. The chap refused to give me some 2 pound coins as I was not a customer.
Absolutely ridiculous. The banks are closing down branches and then coming up ludicrous rules.
I mean it was not exactly a difficult request.
