@shoppersstop Made a order (SA_1214397) of multiple items on 13th Aug and only one item is delivered and most of them shows undelivered even delivery boy did not attempt any delivery and not received any call. Can you please arrange the delivery ASAP?

@Niva_Bupa I purchased ReAssure 3.0 Black with riders, including Niva Bupa One. As per Annexure III , I’m eligible for a health check-up, but several tests were excluded and I’m being charged extra. I’ve tried CC for 3 hours with no response. What’s the benefit of Niva Bupa One?

@motorolaindia , Purchased a Motorola Edge 70 Fusion (256GB) on 25 May 2026. It started randomly switching off the very next day. I thought it is happening because of updates, but the issue still persists. Please arrange a replacement. FYI this is 3rd motorola mobile in my family

Highly disappointing. Article not delivered to me; I don’t know where/whom it was delivered. PFA screenshot—shows “delivered” within 7 mins of from Post office (Adhyatmik Nagar BO). Clearly a fake delivery. Please investigate & deliver ASAP.
