@airindia @DGCAIndia Today, I travelled from Delhi to Ahmedabad, with my 9 month old infant, in your AI-455 aircraft and I faced many inconveniences which I m listing below.
1. My baby's Boarding Pass issuance took almost half an hour.

2. The flight took almost half an hour more to take off in which the AC was soo low and my baby cried the whole timeould have been avoided had the above problems weren't there.
3. my seat 14A was alloted same seat alloted to 2 pax so created inconvenience to both the passenger.
