@Etisalat_Care 2 days ago, the Etisalat kiosk at the Sobha Reality Metro station sold us the prepaid card for AED125. We thought it was correct till we enquired. They charged us 100AED more! Upon more enquiry, they turned out to be a retailer!

Then we called the Etisalat customer care, and were saddened to know that Etisalat don't have any control on the pricing of the retailers.
Upon requesting the sales person at the kiosk, he returned only AED 60 back. I request Etisalat to have a tighter Control on the retailers.
