The reason this is #theft is they take your deposits, but lock it up when you want to withdraw. Any legit exchange requires kyc for money in and money out. It's that simple.

@CriptoGemas_R4H Only fraudulent CEXs impose sudden KYC requirements without allowing token withdrawals. Such CEXs most often block withdrawals and utilize users' actual tokens without permission. These CEXs must be held accountable.
