@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Help section seems to basically say "restart everything" in various different orders. I'm doing this at least a dozen times a day, for both TV and broadband. Something clearly isn't right.

@Twickets Hi. I can't go to Brandaid on Wednesday but @gigsandtours still haven't bothered printing my tickets. I can't list them for sale for box office collection, is there anything I can do?
