@alat_help @alat_ng @wemabank Its a new year and way too early for stress😏. I called wema bank customer service on 1st of January, 2021, as regards a failed POS transaction which was later deducted from my account even after it failed at the vendor's.

Let me mention that I visited my branch about my @alat_ng app not logging in and the C/service personnel mailed and even had to call the tech dept. And after my about 4hours wait, they replied they couldn't resolve the issue till this moment I still can't access my app.

I was attended to and told I would get a response through a mail in 3 working days which I'm still yet to get even when its been over that time frame. I stopped banking with @wemabank for the past few months, last year.

I use other banks too and none, I repeat none has drained my strength like @wemabank Please do improve your banking system. What is worth doing at all is worth doing well.
