Yet maintenance charges have started.

Maintenance charges should maintain a completed society — not an unfinished construction site.

Homebuyers are meeting on 15 August 2026.

We are asking for one simple thing: DATES, not assurances.

Firm timelines for critical pending works
Confirmation of habitation readiness
Waiver of CAM/CAE/maintenance charges until genuine completion

Worst service ever by @Flipkart & Jeeves. Bought an LG AC on 11 July, installed on 14 July. Post-installation, service marked cancelled. Raised gas leak complaint on 15 July—no fix till now. Just endless "wait 48 hrs" replies. Total fraud. Avoid online, go offline. #FlipkartFraud
