Without resolving the problem, @PSPCLPb staff marking the problem resolved and even adding fake remark that “informed by customer”. This is laughable and at the same time fearful for public that even the best grievance portals are ending up like this.

n to trust @HyundaiIndia . Bought car from them, all services from their authorised dealer, purchased all insurance policies from their authorised dealers and now when it’s time to give service, they are looking at other side
@SandeepMall Net barriers need to be installed beneath the railway gates to prevent people from crossing under them. This is the reality of living in India, where such extreme measures are necessary just to stop people from breaking the rules.
Just because the institute doesn’t have cardiologist or backup , they are not treating and wanting to save the stage 4 serious patient fighting for life.
