After I graduated I was a bit confused and thinking what should I do with my life, why am I so unhappy and confused, what should I do with my career, one day I saw Sadhguru in my YouTube feed and I started watching his video, the topic was how to choose a career?#innerengineering
For Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a visit to the Isha Foundation is not simply a quiet day away from the spotlight. Five years after she first began visiting the centre, the mother-to-be returned to the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore and took a moment to look back at how those visits have changed her.
Sharing a series of pictures from her latest visit, Samantha spoke about growth, mentors and the idea that perhaps we are never quite finished becoming who we are.
“Find the people and places that expand you (sic),” she wrote alongside the photos. The post was a glimpse into a slower, more reflective Sunday. Samantha was seen exploring the foundation campus, spending time with calves, taking part in rituals and enjoying a meal.

The beauty of Sanatan Dharma welcoming all with love, faith and spiritual solace 🔱🙏🏼
Wishing a profound and joyous birthday to the inspirational Sadhguru Ji🙏
Having had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Isha Yoga Center multiple times, I have experienced firsthand the extraordinary space you have established. The sheer scale, energy, and consecration of the setup there is magnificent. It is a true oasis for inner transformation.
Beyond the massive global campaigns, your grassroots initiatives are simply brilliant. The profound impact of the lesser-known, deeply integrated endeavors such as the transformative Isha Vidhya schools, the sustainable farming initiatives, and the nurturing goshalas showcases a holistic, unwavering commitment to life in all its diverse forms. You constantly remind us that our inner and outer ecologies are inextricably linked, and you put that philosophy into tangible action every day.
Your journey continually points us toward the limitless nature of human consciousness, brilliantly demystifying the inner landscape and bringing grounded spirituality and deep peace to millions globally.
Thank you for walking among us as a living example of what it means to be fully awake, fiercely engaged, yet totally unentangled.
May this year bring you continued grace and the quiet joy of seeing your vast work blossom in the hearts of seekers everywhere. 🙏

A terrible and tragic flash flood has taken place at Gyirong in Tibet - China, and one of our Kailash groups was caught in it. While on their way back, they were at the immigration office when the flood occurred and the building and much of the town seems to have been flooded.
All of us, including the volunteers and support teams are deeply anguished and are doing our utmost to assist in the rescue. There has been no official information on the whereabouts of any of the people who were at the immigration office. We are working with the authorities to see if we can get to the location and stand ready to be part of the rescue efforts, regardless of the risk involved.
Of the 21 groups who are part of our Sojourn, 495 people have already returned safely. 743 people are currently in Tibet, 148 people are in Nepal, and 77 people were at the immigration center, and 3 volunteers in Timure, Nepal.
To the families and loved ones of those in our group and hundreds of others who are affected in the region, I share your pain and we are sparing no effort during this profoundly difficult time. I am personally in the region to ensure the best can be done in the given circumstances 🙏🏽- Sg
