@PetsatHome placed an order that said delivery by Fri 21st. Nothing heard yesterday, then had email to say delivery would take place today. Just received an email to say it now won’t be delivered until Mon 24th-but we have now run out of dog food & will have nothing until then 😩

@nextofficial I have been gifted some outfits for my newborn, but the clothes won’t be suitable to wear weather-wise by the time he will fit in to them. Am I able to exchange for smaller sizes? I wasn’t given a gift receipt, & I haven’t told them my intentions of exchanging 😬

@HelpAtGeorge How did it take 10 days after ordering to tell me that one item is not being delivered because of stock issues?!
&that was after receiving several tracking emails (due to be collected in store tomorrow Tues 10th)
Now I have to find a replacement in time for Xmas!

@nectar Whilst you text me a week ago to say a new card was on it’s way, I still haven’t been updated (as promised!) on what is happening with the points that stolen (even though my card was not!)
This has been handled so poorly, particularly as it has happened to SO MANY people!

@tu_clothing @sainsburys I purchased a 3 pack of sleepsuits a few weeks ago, which have not yet been used. I have today washed them before use, but discovered a hole in the foot of one of them 😢 I removed & recycled the tag & I cannot find the receipt so I don’t know what to do!

@Tesco One of my Tesco reward vouchers expires on 14th June, but I can’t use it until 30th June (possibly 1st July, I’m unsure how Disney work out their dates for renewal) - is there a way of extending the date so that I can still use it?

@pandocruises Searching for cruises & notice that the charge for children varies. Some cruises show a small charge of £49, but some are the same price as the adult for ages 2+. Why is this? I can’t see the cabin being the reason as the same cabin no. is available on both dates?
