As a child (I'm 75) I got measles, chicken pox and mumps. I had measles and chicken pox at the same time. I survived. When I was pregnant we had gone to see my Aunt and Uncle and the grandkids were there and one had the measles. No problem, I had immunity.

This is a HUUUUGE revelation.. to me for sure and I bet most of you too! As a kid we all got measles and chicken pox together and it was all over in days. No life-long effects of a vaccine remained in our bodies. ONLY IMMUNITIES. Are you become anti-vaxer yet?

@elijahliststeve I got everything as a kid. I still have the antibodies from measles, chicken pox and mumps, well, at least when I was pregnant. My doctor checked because one of my little cousins had measles and we were around her. No problem he said, I was immune. How about that.
