I have been waiting since March 10th when DVLA acknowledged receipt of my application. Despite several conversations- I would consider at least five hours on the phone. I still do not have a licence.
Who will be able to investigate this please?

It’s Saturday - office hours 8-2 but you are not accepting calls at 13.23????
Application made January 9th - chased up 23rd to be told it’s benign processed..
Post received advising D1 form attached - no form attached & nobody available to accept a query …..

Very frustrating!
First available appointment to starts new ISA from enquiry on 6th April was today! ISA rate dropped on Friday!!
Perhaps more staff should be on hand to assist in April!
@HMRCcustomers Again I have been booted off Webchat & cannot reconnect . It seems hit & miss with allowing access to advisor. The whole system is diabolical. Please advise where I detail mortgage interest on a buy to let property.
@HMRCcustomers what a nightmare!! I cannot even get in the queue to speak to someone as the digital assistant keeps cutting me off and referring me to you tube! How do you get help?
@HMRCcustomers Yes - and the response was they an advisor wasn’t available - I eventually got in a queue - then disconnected - second attempt - despite typing advisor multiple times - the same thread - Out advisors are not available to discuss your query at the moment
@HMRCcustomers After initial dialogue I was told the wait time was 26 mins / this then went to 24 …… then lost connection & guess what back to the queue … this is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. Surely there must be a way of speaking to an advisor ?

What response is required to actually get through?
@HMRCcustomers Hi - I’m struggling to complete my return with a couple of queries that I feel an advisor would very quickly be able to answer. It’s unbelievably frustrating to be cut off because the digital assistant seems that appropriate!

@O2 how can you report stolen phone out of hours?????
Despite advising 24 hours service it’s almost impossible to register stolen phone when abroad and alone!
@BritishGasHelp After 40 minutes wait - the operator has cut me off and didn’t bother to take my number to call back!
- an absolutely unacceptable level of service - resolved the gas invoice which I can now settle but despite a reading from 11th May on electricity inaccurate data
Sadly nothing!! On hold to British Gas for 35 minutes @BritishGas - trying to pay invoice before new occupants move in!! The music on hold is truly the worst ever!!
