Hello netplus team my internet plan was of 599 and then i called customer care that i want to change my plan to 499 then i was told that if you pay 589 then we will downgrade your request then i called customer care they said you have to pay for 3 months

Then I called again to the customer service he said that your total becomes 589 per month according to 589 with GST.  1767 for 3 months and your 589 is already received, you will have to pay 1178 or so I have done so after that My 707 pack was activated not 499 pack.

After 4 hours it is not activated then I called customer support again and they said it will be done in 15 minutes your downgrade request was not placed . So I said okay I will wait for more than 15 minutes but no luck
