How difficult is it to contact the @DVLAgovuk to let them know the vehicle you purchased has been returned to the dealership.

@DVLAgovuk don’t have a section for that, Don’t answer the phone and have limited ways to contact them!
@DVLAgovuk are happy to hit you with a bill tho!!

@NeobuyMart I bought 1 it came oblong shape alrhough I ordered a round 1 it was bent and folded so it has creases and it most certainly doesn't have the desired effect. Absolute waste of money
