@AmazonHelp mind telling me why there hasn't been any customer support available over chat or phone for over a day and a half, i received a damage item and get a hold of someone to get assistance

@AmazonHelp I do and when i get to the part where is asks if there was a problem with the order it asks me for phone contact info, then sends me there, and if i go back to chat it sends me back to that screen
