@OscarMoney83 @NFLFilms @DonChed54 @hbomax The Steelers don’t make playoffs or lose to Browns in playoffs if Kordell isn’t benched. Kordell was awful on 3rd down and in red zone in 2002. Maddux may have been just marginally better than Kordell by 2002 but was much better on 3rd down and in red zone in 2002.

@MarkMaddenX Miller was great on MNF. I watched some clips of Miller on MNF a few weeks ago and Miller was entertaining and hilarious.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@Brett_McMurphy @RustyMansell_ @On3 Good, bowl system is outdated.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@JBaileyNFL Pitching staff was awful.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@Ohiohshoops Ohio State football spring game legend.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@MarkMaddenX True but A’s were 28th in payroll (on baseball-ref) in 2002. Nobody ranked in 20’s in team payroll has won a World Series since 2000. The A’s were ranked 25th, 29th, 28th, and 23rd in payroll with Hudson/Mulder/Zito in those 4 straight playoff seasons in early 00’s.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@OSUPlayEveryDay I attended both 1993 and 1995 Ohio State-Pitt games. This is why Mark May hates Ohio State so much. Complete obliteration of Pitt in 1993 through 1996.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@AustinRBechtold Wow! I just ordered my World Series tickets!

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@MarkMaddenX I went with bullpen. Skenes a close 2nd. Why is Nutting not an option? Is it too easy of an answer if he was one of the options? It’s difficult for me to blame manager & GM for Pirates being shy of where they want to be when they are 24th in payroll.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@BBGreatMoments Maybe if Pirates spent more than $99 mill on payroll they would have won their division and avoided 1 game playoff. Royals, in a similar market size, spent $27 mill more than Pirates in 2015. Pirates made cheap moves for relievers and a washed up A. Ramirez at trade deadline.

@BBGreatMoments 1) Triple Play 96 - Sega
2) World Series Baseball (Original) - Sega
3) High Heat Baseball 2000 - PC
4) Bottom of the 9th - PlayStation

@CoachKurzawski DeFabo is one of the rare reporters in town who is critical of team he covers. Fillipponi could have been a great sports talk host but something happened to him during COVID. He just gives people what they want to hear and then tweets out “rumors” that never happen.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@MarkMaddenX Hideo Nomo
Mark Prior

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@AriWasserman Agree completely. Before 2025 season there were only 3 regular season to look forward to, which became just 2 after Penn St lost 4 straight going into Ohio St game. Before 2026 season there are at least 5 games to look forward to.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@davidubben @byAustinMeek No it didn’t. There were a limited amount of games to watch. CBS didn’t have cfb for 5 seasons in 90’s. Sometimes there was a national game on ABC but it was mostly a regional games at noon and 3:30. Many people didn’t have ESPN2 until late 90’s. Now I can watch any game I want.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@marcushartman Then following year it was a 6 to 3 snooze fest.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@joeybagovdonuts Not having to work.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@DanWolken Unlike Sankey, you wanted to cancel 2020 college football season.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@GlobeBobRyan @HawkEmDownChris Wrong, it’s Lemieux.

[Vincent Levi @VincentJLevi]

@GlobeBobRyan @VinnysCorner1 Lemieux was better than Richard. How can you say Richard and not Lemieux?
