@NickHudsonCT @RichardDawkins Well, the reverse is way more true. We have examples of how single cells are not conscious, yet enough cells working together at some point develop consciousness. I have no idea why this would be impossible for non-biological structures.

If certain groups are struggling they should get extra support, but probably not force that responsibility on random teachers?
