the frustrating part is that he had again called me to understand the issue. did not give any resolution. and again asked to wait for 48 hours. upon asking him his name he disconnected the call

When I had asked them to give me the proof that you have sent the tag they just kept on saying that they will connect me with the supervisor. Nobody came to help. They are such fraud people. They are real thiefs this is how they take money from you and harass the customer.

@MyntraSupport I had placed an order for a saree which is really of has a very poor quality.They never gave any tag with the saree.within 2 hours I had placed a return order.these people have declined my return request. Such cheaters and liers are sitting there
