If a class has 60 students and there are 6 seats only in one engineering college for one branch its proportion is 10x for only one branch and for these 6 seats all diploma colleges students are applying and also there 7 reserved categories in the state. so,#6seatsNotEnough

from 20%(12) to 10%(6) and there are 7 reserved categories in the state.
