Chileans in Hamilton were among the millions voting Sunday on a new constitution that could replace one written in the Pinochet era: https://t.co/pnFaikRqsS #HamOnt#Chile#VotoExterior#plebiscitocontitucional
Since entering the world of intuitive eating these last few months, the concept of what it means to be healthy has been on my mind a lot. These are my reflections on what it means to be healthy. https://t.co/mQjkZKpusC
If you worked in a retail setting and a group of 20 or so unmasked customers walked in in protest, what would you do? Asking for a friend. @RegionofHalton
@joyoushealth I'd love to be able to reduce the use of my blue box and opt for container-free, plastic wrapping free foods. It's hard! But we don't drive or own a car. We take public transport and bike (more bike these days).
@sedailisavhcaz @canadiangirlbc1 Because wearing a mask helps stop the spread of the virus. Pretty simple. So other people are protecting you by wearing a mask.

Tourism aside, I rely on Sobi to get me home when I arrive to the GO station in the night time. It's a 5 minute bike ride home vs a 20 minute walk in the dark.
Having fun with my cousin visiting from abroad. We always relied on sobi for group outings. Sobi was an essential part of the tourist attraction in #hamont. People were always impressed. I'm heart-broken. @cityofhamilton@SoBiHamilton
Last year in May. Typical Hamilton outing, Bayfront, bike ride using Sobi. At this time I didn't have a bike so heavily relied on Sobi to get around. @cityofhamilton@SoBiHamilton
