How does this happen? 🫠 I hadn’t been weighing myself regularly & honestly it was kind of a relief to just not know the number for a while. It was an even bigger relief when I realised I’d actually lost instead of gaining in that time, but now that relief has gone away 😞

@swansongblond doctors is like this too, a cardiologist who I have to see every year so he’ll refill my meds. He always looks at my very old, healed SH scars & asks if I’ve been to psychiatric hospital…It’s really insulting
