I request @Tukaram_IndIAS Ji not to just suspend the license, as it will damage your reputation!

For non-compliance, give them 15 days to comply and have an internal audit conducted by a CA every month for a year!

Create a checklist of rules. Get it certified by an independent auditor.

Then, make a mandatory internal audit by an independent CA once a quarter if all are compliant!

@abhishekrajaram Of course they cannot. Actually such returns have been processed only in last week. Irony is taxpayers are paying considering miscellaneous or small demand amounts. We should consolidate such cases and file petition.

@Ravisutanjani Add to this, if processed, they will raise some decade old demand and unilaterally adjust it. 245 notice response is seldom considered.
