@Sean_C50 Luckily there is never a charge for either, the only time any charge would be added would be if a Technician was sent and the fault was with your equipment, we would never charge for an actual fault. ^PDe
@Sean_C50 Nothing was showing so it may have just been a short term Network issue, as there was no need to send a technician no charge would apply. ^PDe
@Sean_C50 I can only suggest giving us another call, if we come out and the phone is faulty and not something our end there would be a ยฃ25 charge, this is why we advise to checkj the phone first. ^PDe
