@SamsungUS You all sent me a damaged ARK monitor. I returned it immediately but FedEx says it was lost in transit. This was 3 weeks ago!!! I even provided a dropoff receipt but your customer service agents keep telling me to call FedEx. This is ridiculous! give me my $$ back!!
