@D1RTYGURL “Sure does…”
Seeing the joy the napkin brought to Grace, Jeremy decided to leave it there for now.
“Oh the milkshakes? Awesome. I hope this is what Heaven tastes like… makes me feel like I’m practically there!”
@D1RTYGURL Jeremy tensed up for a moment as a small squeal threatened to escape him.
“Y-Yeah you’re right! Here, I’ll just…”
He took a napkin and tucked it into his shirt to serve as an impromptu bib. Though as he looked down he realized how laughably small it was and chucked.
@D1RTYGURL “Mhm. He sure will…”
Jeremy couldn’t help but feel a little disheartened as a small frown showed on his face.
He immediately went to hide it by taking a large swig of his milkshake, nearly spilling it on himself.
@D1RTYGURL He gave her hand a light squeeze and smiled.
“Now how about we finish these then? It’s summer, they’re probably gonna be as good as normal milk in a couple minutes!”
Jeremy gestured towards the glasses with his head.
“And hey. No more trying to get rid of people, okay?”
@D1RTYGURL Jeremy took some sips of his milkshake as he nodded along to Grace’s explanation.
“Yeah.. that’s pretty bad.”
He was just about to add something until that last part, to which he nearly did a spittake.
“Excuse me?! Grace? What do you mean tried to get rid of her?”
@D1RTYGURL “You haven’t told me much about her… what did she do to be so uh… sinful?”
Jeremy gave a shifty glance as he said sinful, the irony was clear to him but of course not to Grace.
