Companies that start the work day with prayers are the most toxic to work in. The prayers are like future penance for the evil they want to commit on the day.
There's no woman who doesn't have strict rules in her house, and Lord help you if you flout them, the disrespect, if you have a bit of self-awareness, will make you never to visit or stay in a woman's house.
They don't go all out at first, the disrespect starts very subtly: "I don't have any more towels, I use these ones," then they present you with something that looks like an unwashed face towel.
After which it progresses to more overt disrespect. That's why I laugh at guys that are sheepish.

There's a way you'll be broke such that even when you later get back on your feet and message certain people, you have to start your message with, "please this isn't about money" 😞
CAREER TIP: How you react to success is a bigger tell than how you react to failure in Corporate.
The corporate version of "steeze" or "aura" is called "Executive Presence." You are showing too much excitement because you were praised in a project? Your executive presence or steeze just reduced.
Those are little tests to gauge whether you are ready for the next level. Don't mess up your steeze.
Going back to the market woman after you told her her prices were too expensive, has to be top 5 most embarrassing walks of shame.
I rather buy from another more expensive store bruh.
My favourite pet peeve on X is seeing someone use the good sides of another person as a pejorative.
Make it make sense. You are arguing with or disagree with a take by @Wizarab10 for instance on something trivial, and next thing you say, "stick to 'raising it,' leave football talks."
Some of you are accursed, and you have me to tell you.
I went through this drivel and can't figure out the part where "what Moniepoint CEO says about Nigerian engineers is true."
But I mean, you should expect such drivel from someone who feels it's necessary to put "BSc" and "MSc" beside their name on X.
Insecurity dey cry.
"For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come." - 1 Timothy 4:8.
no one knew when I left a $500k job on a whim.
no one knew when I started my company and was grinding nonstop.
no one knew when I onboarded my first 3 enterprise clients.
no one knew when i relocated to east Africa to lock in.
no one knew because the above never happened.
A good person is known by their suggestions on helping those at the bottom of the ladder rise to the top by reducing their burdens, creating jobs, etc.
A bad person is known by their suggestions on bringing down those at the top by pretending to care for those at the bottom.
Sometimes, you'll remember your experiences working in corporate Big Tech and just start laughing.
I remember after being laid off at Microsoft, I remembered I was in great talking terms with my manager's boss, so I reached out to him on WhatsApp you know like, "...in case you see another opening, do let me know...I can contribute in x, y, z".
He was a GM. Big boy na, so I was expectant. He went, "for sure Johnmark, sorry about that, I'll be on the look out"
It was a few weeks later I realized both he and his boss who was a VP were also laid off. 😭
Who wan epp me? 😂😂
"We rich forever" don dey use towel cover face to fly economy.
Life is funny. Just do you. Nothing out there is real. If you like let someone keep intimidating you with performances of wealth.
GehGeh has positively impacted more young men than Wole Soyinka.
When we are looking for a Seadog Emeritus to blend more Pyrates inside bush singing 'songs of hojas', we will call Prof.
In this article, I broke down why @X needs an audio feature on the timeline to drive even more usage, from a PM point of view.
@nikitabier you may want to check it out, and I'm happy to join a Spaces call to share a bit more especially as it regards the potential challenges to this technical direction given your product strategy.
I see a lot of integration opportunities, making X the all-in-one app per @elonmusk's vision, driving usage across borders, and improving human connections especially in underdeveloped countries and languages in Nigeria and across the globe, among many other reasons.
Always open to a discussion.
This might increase your engagements on @X
If you go to Creator Studio > Analytics > Audience, you'll see a section called "Active times."
For me, my most engaged days appears to be Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It feels like the algorithm has a calendar.
For some reason, Tuesdays and Fridays are just there. What does this tell me? I optimize to create posts that fall within my most engaging days.
Also, timing is important. Most of my posts do well in the afternoons and evenings, so I schedule posts to go out then.
I don't see this called out too often, but I think it's an incredible X feature.
So what do I do during my least engaging times, I just comment on other mutuals post and chill lol.
Post your own active times let's compare.
Just ask for account number, no "gift" supercedes THAT gift.
Oh wait, you're not talking about Nigerian girls? Okay, flowers will do, or nice shoes and bags.
