My Samsung AC was delivered on 28 April, but installation is still pending.

AC was supposed to be delivered on 27 Apr, reached on 28 Apr. Delivery person didn’t take any OTP from me, so order stayed “under process.”

Now installation is pending for 3 days despite endless calls/emails and “next 24 hrs” replies.

Same “concerned team” reply, but no technician number, no confirmed slot, and no installation yet.

AC was due on 27 Apr, delivered on 28 Apr without OTP, and now I’m stuck for installation for 3+ days.

This has happened before too. Also got discouraged from buying a Croma AC that was actually available. Very misleading and disappointing. @cromaretail

Really frustrating experience at Croma (Saguna More, Patna). Spent 1–2 hours selecting an AC from display, only to be told repeatedly that models aren’t available or prices shown are outdated. Why showcase products you can’t sell? Customers deserve transparency #Patna #croma
