Recently I have seen a few cases of plus 2 guys with BP 230/110 range and established CKD. Many countries insist for it I think.

A 60-year old with hypertension had a BP of 170/110 mmHg. His physician administered 40 mg of telmisartan. He re-checked BP after half an hour, and it was still high. He administered another 40 mmHg of Telmisartan.
