ये पन्ने इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के फैसले के हैं जिसमे जजों ने पूज्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज का धन्यवाद किया है और बोला है कि इनके सहयोग से हमे यह निर्णय करने में आसानी हुई।

शंकराचार्य स्वा���ी स्वरूपानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज न्यायालय में राम मन्दिर की लड़ाई लड़ रहे थे और वो मुख्य पक्षकार भी थे। वो 1989 से न्यायालय में और जमीन पर राम जी के लिए लड़ाई लड़ रहे थे। न्यायालय में केस लड़ने के लिए उन्होंने अखिल भारतीय श्रीरामजन्मभूमि पुनरुद्धार समिति बनायी थी जिसका कहना था कि अयोध्या में कोई मस्जिद नही थी इसलिए पूरा राम मंदिर हिन्दुओं को मिलना चाहिए और मुसलमान अपना दा��ा छोड़ दे।

शंकराचार्य जी के पूज्य शिष्य स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी महाराज शंकराचार्य जी के ओर से हाई कोर्ट में व्यक्तिगत एक महीने लगातार गवाही दिए हैं और स्वामी जी ने ही सिद्ध किया था कि अयोध्य्या की वो भूमि जिसपे विवाद है वो राम जन्म भूमि ही है।

शंकराचार्य जी के वकील को हाइकोर्ट ने सबसे ज्यादा सुना और 90 दिनों में अकेले 28 दिन तो शंकराचार्य जी के वकील पण्डित पी एन मिश्रा जी ने बहस ���ी।

वही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी स्वामी अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद सरस्वती जी को राम मंदिर के लिए धार्मिक विशेषज्ञ माना है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य 40 दिन के बहस में भी शंकराचार्य जी के वकील ने सबसे ज्यादा 9 दिन बहस की है। इससे यह सिद्ध होता है कि शंकराचार्य जी ने राम मंदिर के लिए सबसे अधिक कार्य किया।

पर आज शंकराचार्य जी के ऊप��� वो लोग प्रश्न उठा रहे हैं जो राम को भगवान नही बल्कि एक महापुरुष कहते हैं।
