Why ticket examiner gave bearth to who are bording pessenger without ticket instead of RAC travelling pessenger after being paid full fare? Please check whether TTE is issued any ticket instead coach M2. Pl refer earlier message also.

I am travelling in train no 19032, coach M2, seat no 31 from Ghaziabad to Ajmer today, same seat alloted to RAC, TT of that coach not alloted beat to him but also allotted to others in coach itself. Pl chk if these as per rules
