@ACTFibernet I have been facing issues with ACT for past 6 months where 10/30 days internet won’t work. Service technician comes 2 days after raising complaint and will fix it temporarily and issue repeats after 10/20 days again. Bad, Bad Service from ACT. Highly unrecommended!!!

@ACTFibernet has the worst service anywhere. I lost my internet connection 4 hours ago. Raised a complaint, no response yet. You should have a ground team and share their number by areas. Don't claim to be the best ISP in India when you can't deliver proper service!

@ACTFibernet 12 customer service calls and 4 tweets. All I get is "We're sorry for inconvenience" as response. Lost internet connection 25hrs ago. Great service.

@ACTFibernet No update Yet! Worst ISP, not the best! It's been 5 days since I've opted for new connection and the area guy doesn't even lift the calls now.

(1/2) @ACTFibernet I have raised request for new broadband connection in Gayathri Nagar, Hyd. Told specifically that I'll need it in a day or two. Although that was promised before payment, that guy from act in our area is saying it'll take *10 days* due to some technical issue.

@ArogyaAndhra Sample given 8 days ago on 10.08.2020 with an appointment scheduled @ i-Masq bus in Vijayawada Railway station as symptoms exist. 8 days later, no result yet. None of the helpline numbers respond to calls. Nobody is ready to help. Is this how you treat COVID?
