@ExploreUluru have announced an exciting new experience at #Uluru! A fully-immersive light and sound show called Wintjiri Wiru which means a ‘beautiful view out to the horizon’ in the local Anangu language. Bookings are available now for tours starting 1 May 2023.

How sensational does Rainbow Valley look here! The jagged outline of the rock full of coloured bands are what you can expect to see. Camp the night and experience the bands of rock change colour with the setting sun.

If you're heading for a stop in Tennant Creek and are looking for something interesting to do, you should checkout the Battery Hill Underground Mine Tour. For 1.5 hours, go underground with your guide and see what life was like for the miners of Battery Hill.

Standley Chasm is a gorgeous stop in the West MacDonnell Ranges only 40 minutes west of Alice Springs. Come and experience 80m cliff faces that meet at a 3m wide gap. Join a walking tour of the chasm or learn from them in an art class and grab a bite to eat from the cafe.

How cute is little Chelsea popping her head up to say Hello. Visit the orphaned joeys at the Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs. On the sunset tour you'll learn about the stories of all the kangaroos who have been rescued and of course you can get your cuddle with a baby joey.

Want to know how to get the best shot of Uluru at sunset? Grab yourself a something to sit on, pack a drink 🥂 and some treats 🧺,  and head on down to the Uluru sunset viewing area with your camera 📸. Make sure you get there early, because the car park can fill up quickly.

How stunning are these views around Kings Canyon? These ancienct domes located on the top of the canyon, look like a village of houses with one of the most stunning outback views to look out to.

A boat race without water may seem odd, but for the Henley on Todd Regatta that is just how it works. This event runs in a Flintstones manner, with 'boat' races taking place running up and down the dry bed of the Todd River. 2022 celebrates the 60th anniversary of the event.

How's that fiery glow along the ranges as the sun reflects off the rock? Hikers trying out the Ridgetop Trail or Trephina Gorge Walk at Trephina Gorge in the East MacDonnell Ranges will be delighted by these views. Be sure to add the East Macs to your itinerary to the Red Centre.

If you want a taste of what Mars might be like, then come and visit Kata Tjuta. The 36 domes that make up this formation, give the illusion of an other-wordly landscape.
