@Netflixhelps @NetflixUK replacement card arrived. Doesn’t match the card number from 2017 (what a surprise!) so you still can’t verify us. How do you suggest we resolve this??

I genuinely would like the team at #Netflix to explain how they expect us to resolve this.

Background: Our Netflix account has been hacked and the email changed to an unverified one.

Netflix have three ways to verify it’s our account.

1. Email. Not an option, it’s been changed… remember?
2. Service Code. You can only get this by logging in. Oh wait! That’s the issue… better skip this one then.
3. The card number we used to setup the account. (Which we don’t have as we set this up in 2017…)

@bhamble Attempting to… The irony it’s easier to switch it to another email, then to prove it’s ours. Sure the hackers didn’t have to provide the card details!

What was the advice from a team member, supervisor and manager at Netflix customer service centre? Setup a new account and lose everything. 🤦‍♂️

@netflixUK, any other ideas bordering the realms of the realistic would be greatly appreciated!
