@CityofCT itโs the second time this month Bothasig has no power. We were off for 4 days, 2 weeks ago and now we are off again. No reasons given. I had to throw away so much food!This is ridiculous and we need answers. No one seems to care that this is an on going problem for us.

@airmobilesa I put a request in last week Tuesday for a physical SIM. There are no updates. Today Iโm told that my request last week was only actioned today. I will now only get my SIM on Thur. I will now be with no connection for 3 weeks. Itโs absolutely ridiculous!! ๐ก
