@AmazonHelp But they don’t help. Each specialist writes once. They tell us to fill out the form again . We write back with the history of the problem and we don’t hear back. Then we complain again and get a new specialist. Repeat and rinse.
@AmazonHelp@amazon you should seriously audit @AmazonAustralia and their service. They are not giving you a good name. We have been locked out of out seller account since May after someone tried to scam us. We have had about 30 emails and phone calls with support to no avail.

@AmazonHelp We kept getting told to fill out forms that we can’t fill out since our account is on hold. We get told to call numbers but the people on the phone tell us they can’t help on phone. Anytime we explain our issue on email no body follows up. Hopeless.
@AmazonHelp We have tried this page and it won’t work. The account is locked because someone scammed us and our bank stopped the payment. Now @amazon is holding our account without resolution.
Outrageous! We have been locked out of our #amazonseller account and cannot access it. Meanwhile @amazon is still charging us and holding on to our inventory. We have tried everything to get in touch and they keep sending us to links that require us to log in 🤯 so we are stuck

@AmazonHelp This email came in to our account email. As you can see, another generic response showing no one actually read the history of our problem as sent us to the same form you sent meaning we are stuck again….this is Ground Hog Day @amazon you are failing your customers. #amazon

@AmazonHelp We have called this number before and each time we find someone who "understands and empathizes" with our issue but "has no authority to help" because they see "account on hold", and they can only send an email to the "account specialist". After which we get no follow up.
@AmazonHelp As you can see: this form is pointless since it only helps people who need to reset their password. we have been locked out by Amazon because they are investigating a dispute after someone scammed us. Not only have you failed to protect us from the scam, now you are punishing us
