I urge members of parliament and senators to look keenly into all medical equipment purchased by the government of Uhuru and the government of Ruto. Most of those machines especially the Xray, Ultra Sound and MRI machines were Pay As You Go therefore the money the government claims it spent to buy them was stolen. Pay As You Go in simple terms is like Mkopa, where you lease a machine and use it as you pay. That is why when you go to some hospitals you find the machines are not working because the supplier has switched them off.
That is robbery. Money is withdrawn from treasury to buy a machine when in actual sense we are renting it.
