Since 2019, you've shaped every part of Atarim, and this past quarter might be the one I'm proudest of. 💪
Sooooo much to list, so I am talking about the major stuff. 🙂
The AI web agency, plugged into yours. With our WP plugin, Atarim doesn't just tell you what's wrong, it fixes it on the live site. Updates, content, design tweaks and checks, done the way you'd do them. Nothing ships without your yes, and the client relationship stays yours.
An AI for your clients, under your brand. If you switch it on, they can ask and suggest without filling your inbox. What ships is still your call.
We totally rebuilt our workflows screen. A library of ready-made ones based on how community members and I run our agencies. Need one that doesn't exist? Describe it and it gets built.
Our new Claude and Codex MCP, so you can make changes to your WordPress sites without leaving the chat, plus run SEO reports, AI visibility audits, accessibility checks, broken link sweeps and muuuch more.
That's just scratching the surface. Here's our full changelog: https://t.co/kFHS0yxEuF
Huge shoutout to the team and our community for all the feedback.
What should we build in Q4??
Atarim got a nod for Best Agency Tool at the WP Awards ‘26. 💜
Huge thanks to our community! Go drop your vote and let’s bring it home. 🤘🔥👇

Agreed!! This is exactly what our AI web agency, plugged into yours is all about.
Client requests get handled instead of sitting in a queue for weeks, and your team gets pulled in when something needs a human call. 🙂🕺

Best way to start a Monday? WP Builds with some of my favorite people. 🙂
Had a blast chatting with @wpbuilds, @arniepalmer, and @michelleames about what we’ve been up to here at Atarim, including the AI agency plugged into yours. (Among other great topics)

Hey, it's Monday again, and it's nearly time for This Week in WordPress. Join us LIVE at 2pm UK time. See you there? https://t.co/tkFHFORA5k - Join Nathan Wrigley, Michelle Frechette, Vito Peleg, Andrew Palmer. @michelleames@arniepalmer@VitoPeleg
@arunaswp@wpmodder@atarim_io Hey Arunas, good to see you man :)
We had a plugin in the first 6 month, then user requests drove the dashboard so they can manage all sites.
Yeah it could have been self hosted, but honestly, after 6 years, that would have been a mess to manage at scale ❤️
Quick survey: when did you last update your SOPs? Or the instructions you wrote for your AI?
Mine used to get rewritten whenever something broke, which is the worst possible time to do it. 😂
We just shipped Subscribe on workflow templates. You subscribe once, and whenever we improve the SOP, your workflow gets the update automatically.
Use is still there if you’d rather own every step yourself.
What routine do you run on every client that you’d want kept up to date for you? 😊
If it's missing, we can add it to our workflows.
In most agencies, “waiting on client” is where projects quietly die. 😅
Our new Boards put a clock on every column, so a design that’s been waiting 7 days on feedback is in your face on day eight. Vito shows you how.
Where do projects go to die at your agency? 👇
Huge release this past week! Our new boards are here! ‼️🎉
Your old board can tell you a client’s homepage is in feedback.
What it can’t tell you is that it’s been sitting there for 19 days, and most of the time you only find out when the client calls asking where things are.
Atarim 5.1.3 is out, and the new Boards fix that. You can put a countdown on any stage, counting working days only if you prefer, and every card shows how long it’s been in that stage compared to the time you set.
If you give a client feedback round seven days, day six is your reminder to send a quick nudge, well before you’d need to start chasing them.
We’ve been teasing these Boards for a couple of releases now, so here’s what actually shipped:
Your own pipeline: set up the columns and stages that match how your agency works, with a clock on each one.
Projects, pages and tasks in one place: they’re all views of the same work, so you can look across every client or drill down to the one task waiting on you, without duplicating cards.
A backlog rail for anything that isn’t on the board yet, plus Undo on every move in case you drag something into the wrong column.
A few other things landed in this release too:
Self-updating SOPs: subscribe to a workflow template, and whenever we improve it, your workflow picks up the change automatically.
Specialists that remember your rules: tell them how a particular client likes things done, and they’ll apply it the next time you brief them.
New pages built straight into whatever builder your client already uses.
If you’re running our plugin, make sure you update to 5.1.6.

What do you think?? Go try it out & let me know what breaks! :)
Vito is headed to #CloudFestAmericas in just over a month with two speaking session! He’s also on the advisory board this year. 🔥
Who else will be there? 🕺 🙂
