Yet today, thousands of creators are facing account restrictions, suspensions, and fake copyright strikes without clear explanations, transparent review processes, or fair resolutions.

Reports involving creators such as Aryan Kelvin, Puneet Superstar, and Dharmendra Bilotia have further increased concerns across the creator community.

When creators seek help, they are often directed toward paid support channels. Even then, many receive neither clear answers nor timely solutions.

Creators deserve transparency, fair reviews, protection against fraudulent copyright claims, accountability, and access to real human support.

It’s time for Meta to listen to the creators who have invested years into building its platforms and communities.

YouTube’s Spam/Scam/Deceptive policy needs fairness!
YouTube deletes entire channels without early warnings. Instead of alerting creators at the first mistake, it waits for multiple violations—then terminates everything. @YouTube @YouTubeIndia @YouTubeCreators

Because the creator had already realised his/her mistake and removed the video. You remove the harmful and dangerous videos so that the users and viewers dont get impacted by it, but if the video is already deleted then whats the point of giving strike to it?
Seriously this is totally unacceptable and every creator should take a stand against it because next can be you.

Recently many channels have got strike on deleted videos , like https://t.co/yqy8i4hVie , this is a very serious issue and youtube should change this asap. Because youtube is the only bread and butter for most creators. And if such things happens it really breaks the moral . Because there might be a lot of old videos that creators might have made that dont follow your guidelines, but not all videos are made intentionally, some are genuine mistakes too, due to lack of knowledge, so you should stop giving strike to deleted videos.

Hey @teamyoutube , we are aware about the new policy update regarding the promotion of betting and gambling promotion. We really appreciate this and obide by your rules. But many creators are getting strike on videos that are already deleted from their channel.
Since you have made a new policy so you should run a check on the recent videos . Still if the creator has deleted the videos that were not following your guidelines, so then whats the point of giving strike to that videos?

In recent days many channels are getting strike on app review videos , despite of the apps being on play-store and indian registered legal apps , not any illegal gambling or betting apps. Many channels have also been deleted like Sbj Classes with 2.4 Millon+ subs and many channels like Income Tricks and Youtube Wale Baba have got multiple strike. This is really serious and many creators are really depressed due to this. Youtube should have a look into this and solve this issue asap. @YouTubeIndia @TeamYouTube
