At Google, I have got the best possible manager I could have asked for.

I wanted to write it on Linkedin, but he follows me there, so writing it here.

▪️I onboarded to the team, when I had 0 idea about frontend, he gave me ample time without putting any additional pressure.

▪️He made sure he supports me, when I came India for a long vac.

▪️I submitted some of my PR’s around 3/4 AM after working on them. After observing this many times, he took me on a call, and ache se sunaya meko 😂 from that day, I code but I don’t raise any PR’s. Subah raise karta for safety reasons 😆

▪️Always stands at my back in all director or higher level meetings. Jumps in to show how tough the project was. And appreciates me and takes 0 credit ❤️

▪️Gives me feedback every quarter, and always in a polite manner, like a parent would.

If you get a good manager, let him know that he is good. You find good souls rarely.

I will write it one day on Linkedin, when we diverge. May be or may be not :)
