@Petemesa16 @LudwigAhgren I am... usually my dad and I just go to the kitchen and have our own hydration, snacks and bathroom break during the ads anyway. I do think some of the full screen ads does detract from the overall feel of watching the game though. You lose a little atmosphere.

@Smarpy @LudwigAhgren Yeah, I'm all for the healthy hydration of the players but they should restrict the ads to banners & picture in picture while still showing the field & players so it doesn't break the immersion of watching the game.

Perhaps they could restrict the ads to banners & picture in picture & still show the field & players drinking, So it doesn't completely detract from the game.

@LudwigAhgren Well... technically the HYDRATION part is actually for the players HEALTH and well being. It previously was optional at the referee's discretion or if certain temperature thresholds occurred.

Making it mandatory does allow them to consistently book ads, but it is for health.
