Spoiled product was delivered and zomato asks to contact the restaurant. If that was the case, why are you delivering the item ? There is no accountability what so ever. Poor and disappointing service.

Further as next steps, He said they will cancel the AMC and refund the amount. After this, he will visit again and then do the filter replacement with the right AMC.

We have booked a service request more than a week ago and still there is no response. The customer care always says the person will come but we are not even able to call him as the given number is wrong.
