@Landslide___ It's so bad, I need to figure out where to read the manga... I've given up on being anime only after catching pretty much every single major manga spoiler since the start of Wano Dx
@bee_not_hachi I think we should all be glad the 0% hitbox doesn't work as intended cause that would be a little much... At least a sourspot would be nice though!
@JTF544 All I'll say is shitting on someone you don't even know out of the blue (never saw them say they didn't deserve the punish) for gameplay that isn't even all that bad (especially when no one is obligated/incentivized to play the game perfectly to any degree) is not a good look๐คท
@JTF544 Yes, his ideas weren't nearly as 1 dimensional as you make them out to be. 1st bair would have connected if not for a great read/counter by skyjay. 2nd bair correctly read that he would go up for edgeguard but misexecuted, & edgeguarding bad recoveries isn't an autopilot decision
@JTF544 You of all people shouldn't be calling people morons for autopiloting the same option over and over again ๐ not to mention tournament jitters/playing against top players makes you do dumb shit. Anyway, not at all the intent of the original post.
@KeyDedede@NarniaJGC@Landslide___ ie snake is one of the harder characters to get this consistent on, but hitting this setup against the majority of the cast will net a double hit way more consistently. Also easy to get off of ledge roll reads and tech chases as per Landslide's comment
@KeyDedede@NarniaJGC@Landslide___ Setup is inconsistent but you can usually identify a double hit early enough to react to it in most cases. Just look out for when gordo hits the very back of their hitbox relative to you (ie opponent is between DDD and the gordo). This gets more consistent the fatter the char.
Considering I'm the only DDD I know of that really goes for this platfall combo, at what point can we name it after me? ๐ค๐ Credit to @HotsyTotsyWI for labbing it out though ๐
@JTF544 Also let's not forget that it's not like the Incin chose this stage. They simply picked Random All Stages/Hazards Off with lower stocks/time. It was Mario that saw this and decided to make the game unplayable for their opponent
@JTF544 I mean the clip is a minute long. They might not know smash rulesets but that doesn't mean they're 5 years old. Chances are if they played enough to get to elite they're able to figure out when their opponent is actively griefing, especially when online is as toxic as it is.
