@James_r_bury I heard him a few weeks ago and for me the issue is who provides support , 30 years as a sw it would have been an expected element of my role- these days I’m not sure if sw are confident in that role even if they had the time
@DavidJ_Brindle Very depressing reading as lots of statements and little in the way of action from any . The big question is whether this will change in the next decade
