In a relationship, not every discomfort needs a discussion, but not everything should go unaddressed either.
Some things call for patience and understanding. Repeated hurt or growing distance calls for a calm, honest conversation.
Wisdom is knowing what to let go of and what to gently address.

Sometimes, looking at how far we still have to go can feel overwhelming.
But hey, let’s also take a moment to look at how far we’ve come! 😊
We’ve learnt, grown and worked through things that once felt so difficult. That progress deserves a little credit too.
And if the whole staircase feels like too much, let’s take it one step at a time. Then the next. And then the next.
Don’t lose hope, guys. We’re getting there. Keep going! ❤️

Pausing from a fast-paced life doesn’t just rest and reset us.
It refreshes and recharges us, helping us return to whatever we do with greater presence and power.
Taking a break is not a luxury. It is an absolute necessity.
I often say that when we are madly in love with what we do, we may not feel the need for a break.
Having said that, our bodies and minds are like machines.
Even when we love what we do, we function better when we allow ourselves time to rest and recuperate.

When opportunity knocks, have you ever looked through the peephole and wondered whether to open the door? 😄
Have you ever had several opportunities knocking at once and felt confused about which door to open?
And has a crisis ever unexpectedly turned into an opportunity?
In this clip, I share how I decided to come onto social media.
About ten years ago, someone took a silly, and honestly rather cringey, joke I had shared during a talk, removed it from its context and circulated the clip online.
As a monk, suddenly becoming “viral” for a cringey joke was not exactly the spiritual legacy I had envisioned! 😄🙈
It caused me considerable anxiety. But it also brought unexpected visibility, and soon, more clips from my talks began making the rounds on social media.
Someone then suggested that I should consciously start sharing meaningful content so that one random joke did not become my entire online identity 😄
I wasn’t sure. Being a monk, I had my doubts about stepping into the world of social media.
Could this space genuinely be used for service and purpose, or would I simply become another person wondering why the algorithm was ignoring me? 😄
Around that time, a dear senior friend and guide, Srutidharma Das Ji, who is sadly no longer with us, shared something that completely changed my perspective.
What began with an accidental viral clip gradually became a journey of purpose.
Sometimes, opportunity arrives dressed as success.
Sometimes, it arrives disguised as a crisis.
And sometimes, it arrives as a cringey joke circulating on the internet! 😄
The real question is: can we look beyond how an opportunity arrives and recognise what it may be inviting us to do?

“Anybody can be a father. It takes a special man to be a Dad 😊”
That line touches the heart.
Behind so many women who are soaring today are parents who first gave them the wings to fly and the roots to always find their way home.
They believed in their daughters before the world recognised their potential.
They encouraged them to dream, gave them opportunities to learn and created a safe space in which they could discover who they truly wanted to be.
And fathers share a particularly tender bond with their daughters.
A father’s faith in his daughter often becomes the voice of confidence she carries within her for the rest of her life. No matter how old she grows or how far she flies, a part of her will always remain Daddy’s little girl ❤️
Success, however, is not limited to titles, boardrooms or businesses.
A woman leading an organisation is successful.
A woman pursuing her art, serving society or following an unconventional path is successful.
And a woman who chooses to devote herself to raising a family is equally successful.
True empowerment is not deciding what a girl should become.
It is giving her the freedom, safety, opportunities and support to choose the life she wishes to build.
This is a beautiful tribute to the bond between parents and daughters, especially the precious bond between a father and his daughter.
A daughter fills lives with love, laughter and countless beautiful moments.
This Daughter’s Day, let us celebrate her dreams, cherish her individuality and work towards creating homes and a society where every girl feels safe, valued and free to fly.
And through it all, may she always know that she has roots to return to and that she is loved beyond words ❤️
Happy Daughters Day!

Sometimes, what once helped us move forward can become the very thing holding us back.
A habit, a belief, a role, a method or even a past success may have served an important purpose in one chapter of our lives. We can be grateful for it without carrying it into every chapter that follows.
This does not mean treating people or relationships as disposable. Relationships call for care, communication, commitment and, wherever possible, healing. Yet even within relationships, there may be unhealthy patterns, expectations or hurts that we need to release in order to move forward together.
However, in extreme situations where a relationship is persistently harmful, abusive or unsafe, moving forward may require creating distance or even leaving the relationship behind. That is not about using and rejecting people. It is about recognising when staying comes at the cost of our dignity, safety or well-being.
Letting go does not always mean leaving someone or something behind. Sometimes, it means letting go of the way we have been holding on.
There are moments when life gives us a choice: release what we have outgrown and continue the journey, or keep holding on and remain stuck where we are.
Wisdom is not only knowing what to hold on to.
It is also knowing what to let go of.

This paragraph by Kobe Bryant hits hard:
“Everyone wants to be a beast. Everyone wants to be the best. But very few people are willing to do what it actually takes. Because what it takes is boring. It is waking up at 4:00 AM. It is shooting the same shot a thousand times. It is watching the film when you are tired. People fall in love with the result, but they hate the process. You have to fall in love with the boredom. You have to fall in love with the repetition. If you can find joy in the mundane work that no one else sees, the lights will eventually shine on you.”
Life is short.
Yes, it can help to let go of misunderstandings and hurts in our relationships, for our own peace and, when it matters to us, for the peace of others too.
But each situation is different. So is the time each person needs to process what happened.
Let’s not pressure ourselves or others to forgive, reconnect or “move on” before we’re ready.
We can leave room for healing while respecting the boundaries we need along the way.
