NEWS: Cardano $ADA and USDCx on Cardano can now be sent to any WhatsApp contact worldwide.
WhatsApp is one of the world's most used messaging platforms, with 3B+ monthly users.
@chatterpay brought the Cardano integration.
That's a massive distribution channel for Cardano.
🛡 How to migrate to a new Cardano wallet
SecondFi is ceasing operations. If you hold ADA or Cardano native assets in SecondFi, move them to a Cardano wallet you control.
The migration tool is inside the SecondFi app you already have installed.
Full steps below.
1/13
🛡 The Wallet Migration Tool is Now Live.
The wallet migration tool is available in the SecondFi app.
This tool is for users who still hold Cardano assets in SecondFi. It moves what you currently hold out to your newly created Cardano wallet destination address. We encourage everyone with a remaining Cardano balance to migrate, whether or not you were affected by the incident, because SecondFi is winding down.
If your wallet was emptied in the incident, the tool you are waiting for is the asset recovery tool, and we expect it to be available in September. Migrating does not affect your claim.
About the migration tool:
- It moves your entire Cardano balance (including all ADA, native tokens, and NFTs) from your current wallet to the destination address of a newly created Cardano wallet from a provider of your choice. The tool has been audited by @Bitdefender.
Before you start:
- Create a new Cardano wallet with a provider of your choice and have the destination address ready. We recommend using a hardware wallet.
How it works:
- The tool handles the technical steps automatically.
- If your ADA is currently staked, the tool will unstake it so the full amount can be included in the transfer.
- This also means your DRep delegation will no longer be active, so you will need to delegate to a DRep again from your new wallet to continue participating in Cardano governance.
- You will need to migrate one wallet at a time.
Important reminders:
- Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed once signed and submitted.
- Check your destination address carefully. Only send to a Cardano wallet you control, never to an exchange deposit address.
- The migration tool moves Cardano assets only. Non-Cardano assets will need to be moved separately.
- Please do not delete your original wallet from SecondFi or the application itself, as it may be needed for the asset recovery process.
The video below walks through the full process.

🛡 Recovery Process Update
Work on the recovery process is continuing across several fronts. Here is where things stand and what to expect in the coming weeks:
1. Streamlined ticket submission (Available today)
We have streamlined the ticket claim submission process to make claims simpler. This will be released within the SecondFi app today. Please update your application to the latest version to access it.
2. Wallet migration tool (Available mid-August)
Every user, whether affected by the incident or not, will need to transfer their assets using this tool. It allows you to move your entire Cardano balance (including all ADA, native tokens, and NFTs) from your current wallet to a newly created Cardano wallet from a provider of your choice.
The tool handles the technical steps automatically. If your ADA is currently staked, the tool will unstake it so the full amount can be included in the transfer. You will need to migrate one wallet at a time. Please do not delete your original wallet from SecondFi or the application itself as it simplifies for the asset recovery process.
Development is provisionally complete and the tool is currently being audited by a third-party cybersecurity firm. We expect the audit to finish shortly and plan to launch the tool during the second week of August.
3. Recovery tool (Expected early September)
Thanks to the technical efforts of Input Output Group, Cardano Foundation, and a concerted effort across the Cardano ecosystem, we will be launching the first zero-knowledge proof based recovery tool.
The recovery tool is a portal that users initiate themselves. It lets you prove you own your wallet and recover your assets without revealing your seed phrase or private keys, using zero-knowledge proofs.
Before launch, it requires a ZK security audit lasting approximately three weeks followed by two weeks of Q&A. We currently expect it to be available in early September based on that timeline. We will confirm the date as the audit progresses.
We will share detailed guides for each of these as they launch. Thank you for your patience while we work through each stage.
🛡️ Recovery Progress Update: Streamlined Ticket Submission Now Available in the SecondFi App
We have streamlined the ticket claim submission process in the SecondFi app. You can now submit a wallet claim directly in the app in a few steps:
1. Tap the wallet status banner on your home screen (marked with a warning icon ⚠️)
2. Enter your email address
3. Confirm it with the 6-digit verification code
4. Submit your claim
If you have already submitted a claim through support, there is no further action for you to take.

BTC holds the line. Everything else fades.
✅Five straight weeks of BTC ETF inflows — $153.87M last week. Consistent institutional buying in the $75K–$80K range is starting to look less like opportunistic dip-buying and more like deliberate position-building. BTC has since broken above $80K.
❌ETH tells the opposite story. After three weeks of inflows, last week saw $82.47M exit. ETH holding above $2,300. Short-term profit-taking is the obvious read — but ETH's persistent underperformance relative to BTC is becoming a pattern, not a blip.
⚠️XRP and SOL are effectively invisible right now. XRP ETF net outflows: $35.21K — essentially zero. SOL: seven of eight ETFs recorded no flows whatsoever, with only GSOL moving. SOL at $85.47. Altcoin ETF momentum has quietly evaporated.
💡Institutions are buying BTC at $78K while pulling back from ETH and ignoring the rest. Is this the early setup for a BTC-led move — or just consolidation before the altcoins catch up?
