When Aaron Judge went down in 2018 and 2019, the Yankees still won 100 games.
In 2023, they were 82-80 and finished the season 16 games out of first place.
Those first two teams were stacked, and the latter featured Billy McKinney and Isiah Kiner-Falefa. This team is better than the second one, and hopefully, they can do what the first two did — especially since the AL East stinks.
It's still such a bummer not to know what's wrong with Judge or how long he'll be out. I've been saying it all year, this rotation can be lethal in October if they can make it to the postseason in one piece. Find your favorite Etsy witch and sacrifice something special to make sure Judge is okay. Maybe one that specializes in warding off thoracic outlet syndrome.
If you submit a card to PSA today plant a pumpkin seed as well. Care for it. Water it.

Altuve was the face of the 2017 Astros. He sat in that clubhouse every night, watched teammates bang trash cans, won an MVP and a ring off the back of it and said nothing. For years. Not until reporters dragged it into the light.
“Innocent” is a word you use for a kid who didn’t know what was happening.
Altuve knew. He profited. He stayed quiet. Altuve let the entire sport eat the consequences while he kept the trophies.
I don’t think he gets enough criticism for it. He’s still likely to get into the HOF. I don’t think any player, manager or coach from the 2017 Astros should be allowed to even buy a ticket to the HOF, let alone get inducted into it.
