A weird bug is causing some PS5 players to lose their playtime history for physical games.

The issue affects only physical disc games, while digital games still show the correct hours played. Some players also report that their physical games are missing from game history.

The bug appeared at the worst possible time, just days after Sony announced it will stop making new physical games and Players have noticed the suspicious timing.

Sony says it is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
