సీ���ం గారికి నా విజ్ఞప్తి...
మంచిర్యాల్ జిల్లా మందమర్రిలోని ఒక ప్రభుత్వ టీచర్. భీంపుత్ర శ్రీనివాస్. మనం ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఎలా ఉండాలని కోరుకుంటామో అంతకు మించే తన విద్యార్థులతో ప్రయోగాలు చేస్తున్నారు. తరగతి గదిని ప్రయోగశాలగా మార్చుకున్నారు. పంట పొలాలు, నీటి ప్రాజెక్టులు, కర్మాగారాలు, ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు, అడవులు, చారిత్రక కట్టడాల దగ్గరికి పిల్లల్ని తీసుకెళ్లి పాఠాలు చెప్పడం ఒక ఎత్తైత��.. క్లాస్ రూమ్ ని పిల్లలకు favourite place గా మార్చడానికి ఈ ప్రైమరీ టీచర్ తరగతి గదిలో చేస్తున్న ప్రయోగాలు మరో ఎత్తు. అందులో భాగంగా శరీరం లోపలి భాగాలు internal organs పిల్లలకు బాగా అర్థమయ్యేలా చెప్పడానికి ప్రత్యేకమైన డ్రెస్సులు తయారు చేశారు ఈ మాస్టర్. నాకు తెలిసినంతవరకు మన దేశంలో మరే టీచర్ internal body parts గురించి పిల్లలకు ఇంత క్రియేటివ్ గా చెప్పలేదు.
అంతే కాదు.. భీంపుత్ర శ్రీనివాస్ గారు రోజూ పిల్లల్లాంటి యూనిఫాంలోనే స్కూలుకు వెళ్తుండటం మరీ ఆశ్చర్యాన్ని కలిగిస్తుంది.
"ఇంత కమిట్మెంట్ ఎలా వచ్చింది సార్ అంటే ఒక దళితుడిగా తను ఎదుర్కొన్న వివక్షలో నుంచి.." అన్నారు.
ఆయనతో నేను చేసిన ఈ podcast లో ఆయన పనితీరును వివరంగా చెప్పారు.
ఇలాంటి టీచర్లను ప్రభుత్వం నెత్తిన పెట్టుకొని ప్రచారం చెయ్యాలి, ప్రోత్సహించాలి. ప్రతి స్కూల్లో ఇలాంటి టీచర్లు తయారవ్వాలి. విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి కూడా అయిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి @revanth_anumula గారికి నా విజ్ఞప్తి.. మందమర్రి ఫిల్టర్ బెడ్ పాఠశాల టీచర్ చేస్తున్న పాఠశాల ప్రయోగాల పైన విద్యాశాఖ ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టేలా చూడగలరు. టీచింగ్ వృత్తిలో ఏం సాధించొచ్చో, ఎంత job satisfaction పొందొచ్చో ఈ టీచర్ తో మొత్తం టీచర్లకూ, ఇప్పుడే టీచింగ్ వృత్తిలోకి వస్తున్న వాళ్లకూ ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణా తరగతులు ఏర్పాటు చేయించినా మంచి ఫలితాలుంటాయి.
