Overcharged for Jaguar set + ₹1600 for spray without invoice or warranty.
Pipe leaked; original replaced with cheap shower pipe.
App warranty expired, and the technician was a fraud.

@MyNykaa why is it so hard to get a response from help desk on chat. no response for an hr post which they close the chat within few mins stating I didn’t reply? Post return approval - no pickup of package and return cancelled depite raising ticket?!

@MyNykaa why is speaking with support team so tough? Replying after an hour and closing chat instantly stating no response?! Post return approval - no pickup - i raised a ticket which asked to wait for 72hrs post which return was cancelled due to ageing?HELP!
